Day 1: Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay (L/D)
VINASHIN HARBOR – THIEN CANH SON CAVE – CONG DO
07.30: Our shutter bus will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and heading to the Northeast of Vietnam.
11.30: Upon arrival at Vinashin Tourist Harbor, you are welcomed at our waiting room before enjoying the cruise.
12.15: Embark on Huong Hai Sealife. Enjoy a welcome drink as Cruise Manager gives you a brief overview of the itinerary and important safety guideline. Check in your cabin.
13.00: Start cruising among famous Islets (Indochina studio, Am Islet…) of Bai Tu Long Bay, the wildest beauty with the panoramic natural views. Admire the grace of the bay while enjoying the delicious lunch in the restaurant at the first deck.
14.30: Explore the well-hidden Co Cave (known as Thien Canh Son Cave). Relax on white
sandy beach or walk along the beach at Hon Co Island (no swimming).
15.45: Return to Huong Hai Sealife and enjoy Happy hour. You will have a 30% discount off from the special drinks list; including of cocktail, mocktail and mixed drinks (from 16.30 pm to 19.00 pm.).

06.30: Welcome a new day with amazing dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay. Refresh your body and soul with a Tai-chi session on the sundeck.
07.00: Catch the morning view of seascape while enjoying the breakfast with cookies and tea, café in the restaurant.
07.30: Visit Vung Vieng village – the famous fishing farm by bamboo boat and discover the life of local people living on the surface of Halong Bay.
08.30: Return to Huong Hai Sealife.
09.15: Pack up the luggage and check out of the cabin.
09.30: Enjoy the brunch in the restaurant while cruising back to Vinashin tourist harbor.
11.00: Disembark from Huong Hai Sealife.
12.00: Our driver takes you back to Hanoi. The trip ends

Children Policy
- Baby Cot is free of charge and according to availability.
- Children under 5 years old will be free of charge (maximum is 1 child per cabin, sharing room with parent)
- Children from 5 to under 11 years old (maximum is 1 child per cabin): Sharing room with the parent will be charged 75% the adult tour price.
- From 11 and above will be charged as an adult (100% tour price)
- Two children under 11 sharing a full cabin are charged at 75% respectively of full cabin rate
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 20 days prior to check in: 0% of total rates
- From 15 to 20 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates
- From 05 to 14 days prior to check in: 70 % of total rates
- Under 05 days prior to check in: 100 % of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Bai Tu Long Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
