How to pick up
- At the airport: our driver will check your flight arrival time and Arrival gate (base you your flight number) and wait for you at the right arrival hall, hold a board writing your name.
- For hotel pick up, please wait at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. And, you should inform your hotel receptionist that you wait for the car to pick up.
Cancelation Policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity.
- Cancel within 24 hours before the trip started, you would be charged for the cancellation fees (100% of the transaction value)
