These terms and conditions are applied for the booking of bus tickets, train tickets and rental car that provided by A21 Tours as a travel agent. By making the payment you accept these terms and conditions.
In these Terms & Conditions, the word “Customer” means the person who agrees to buy the tour and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car rental and other travel services provided by A21 Tours.
1. PRICES
All rates shown on the website for bus tickets and car rental are quoted in US dollars.
2. DEPOSIT
A payment deposit of 30% total amount will be requited after the acknowledgement of your confirmation to secure your booking of bus tickets and car rental.
3. FULL PAYMENT
Full payment shall be received no later than 10 days prior to your departure date, or if the booking is made within 10 days of departure date or the total value of money is less than $100, full payment must be made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.
4. CONFIRMATION BY A21 TOURS
A21 Tours will send the booking confirmation (of the bus tickets booking) or the service voucher of the car rental booking by email, WhatsApp or Website Chat box within 12 working hours after the payment is made.
5. REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of services which are included in the price but not utilized by the customer.
6. CANCELLATION MADE BY THE CUSTOMER
For certain reasons, if The Customer has to cancel his booked tour/travel services with A21 Tours, we will obviously be sorry not to be able to serve you and will accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
- For Bus and rental car booking
- More than 10 days prior to your departure day: $3/tickets as service fee
- Between 5 and 10 days prior: 30% of the total price or deposit is forfeited
- Between 2 and 5 days prior: 50% of the total price is charged
- 2 days prior: 100% of total price is charged
- For Train tickets booking
- More than 30 days prior to your departure day: $3/tickets as service fee
- Between 10 and 30 days prior: 30% of the total price or deposit is forfeited
- Between 3 and 10 days prior: 50% of the total price is charged
- 3 days prior: 100% of total price is charged
7. CHANGES MADE BY THE CUSTOMER
In case The Customer has to change the confirmed departure time or travel route for certain reasons, we are happy to assist subject to the following fees and conditions:
- Bus tickets: $1.5/tickets
- Train tickets and rental car: 10% of the total amount
8. CHANGES MADE BY THE SUPPLIER/A21 TOURS
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary and errors occasionally happen. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation. Bus timings, car types and routings are subject to change for operational and technical reasons. If changes need to be made to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably possible.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), A21 Tours is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the Tour.
“Force Majeure” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against A21 Tours.
10. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATIONS
All Customers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. A21 Tours accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
11. INSURANCE
Since Bus tickets, train tickets and car rental price are exclusive of insurance, you are required to obtain your own full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of cover.
12. LIABILITY
A21 Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Customers.
13. RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER
A21 TOURS shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the customer. A21 TOURS acts only in the role of agent for its travelers in making arrangements for transportation or other services which are incidental to the travel that is being purchased. As a broker for those travelers, We create the following disclaimers: It does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to any action of any carrier, hotel, restaurant, business or person rending someone of those services included in the tour. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a part of their excursion.
14. CLAIMS
All disputes, claims, and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of discussion and mutual understanding. From case such negotiation and agreement might neglect, the disputes, claim, or litigation shall be finally resolved by the mediation of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of this Services.
