Confirmation

At the scheduled pick-up time, you just need to show up at the meeting point (normally hotel lobby), our driver will come to pick you up, just with your name you can use the service.

Cancelation Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity.
Cancel within 24 hours before the trip started, you would be charged for the cancelation fees (100% of the transaction value)

1. Q: Do we have to follow a fixed departure schedule?

A: You can choose your departure time and your favorite destinations, however please make sure you have enough time to visit the sights.

2. Q: The price is per person or per car?
