How To Use
- Confirmation will be send to you with once payment is received.
- Detail info of the transport (driver name & phone number, car model and license plate number) will be update at least 5 hours prior departure time.
- At the scheduled pick-up time, you just need to show up at the meeting point (normally hotel lobby), our driver will come to pick you up, just with your name you can use the service.

- Hue: pick up and drop off at Hotel in Hue city;
- Please wait at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Cancelation Policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity.
- Cancel within 24 hours before the trip started, you would be charged for the cancelation fees (100% of the transaction value)
