Amira Cruise tour itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay (L/D)
07.30 – 08.00: Hotel pick up (in The Old Quarter area). Drive to Ha Long city.
10.00: Stop at Hai Duong Province for refreshment.
12.00 – 12.15: Arrive in Hon Gai pier.
12.30: Check-in Amira Cruises.
12.30 – 12.45: Enjoy welcome drinks and follows by cruise guide/tour guide safety briefing.
13.00 – 13.15: Set menu lunch is served at the restaurant, sightseeing beautiful landscapes and limestone mountains in Ha Long Bay.
15.00: Visit and explore the formation of stalactites and stalagmites in Thien Canh Son cave:
– One of the biggest grotto belonging to Bai Tu Long Bay.
– Bring your phone or camera to take pictures.
16.15 – 16.30: Back on the boat, enjoy some tea before kayaking.
17.00: Kayaking or stay on the boat for relaxing.
18.00 – 19.00:
– Enjoy “Cooking class – making spring rolls” while the boat goes to Cong Do – point to stay overnight.
– Enjoy “Happy hour” with “Buy two get the third one free” applied from 17:00 to 19:00.
19.15 – 19.30: Barbecue dinner (BBQ) is served at the restaurant.
21.00: Relaxing time with squid – fishing program.
22.00: Free time and stay overnight on the boat.
Day 2: Bai Tu Long Bay - Hanoi (B/L)
06.30: Start your new day with Taichi class on the sundeck.
07.00: Enjoy the sunrise while breakfast is served at the restaurant.
07.45: Visit ancient Vung Vieng floating village (the biggest one, quiet and peaceful place in Bai Tu Long). You have change for seating on the bamboo boat to visit the village.
09.00: Back on the boat.
09.30 – 09.45: Check out the room.
10.30: Brunch is served in the restaurant while the boat gets back.
11.00 – 11.30: Disembark in Hon Gai harbor. Time for the crew to say goodbye the guests.
12.00 – 12.15: Return from Ha Long to Hanoi.
14.00: Stopover on the way for a refreshment break.
16.00 – 17.00: Arrive in Hanoi. End of the trip.

Children Policy
- Only one (01) child under 4 years of age sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for F.O.C per cabin.
- From 5- 10 years old, 50% of charge will be applied.
- Children above 10 years old are considered an adult.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 15 days prior to check in: 10% of total rates
- From 15 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior to check in: 100% of total rates
- No show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, the following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
