Swan cruise offer five twins, one triple and two families connecting door, all the cabin inspired from traditional local culture & harmonious combination between locality materials such as bamboo and qualify wood especially was designed by professional that created it have their own style.
Eight cabins are designed and fitted by international standards, featuring a rich wooden décor, with large windows from which to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Halong Bay. The comfortable bedding with high-quality lines ensures you a restful sleep in style.

Itinerary of Bai Tu Long cruise 2 days
Day 1: Hon Gai harbor - Bai Tu Long bay - Cong Do - Cap Pa island - Tra San (lunch, dinner)
- 07.45 – 8:30: Our Swan shutter bus will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and heading to Northeast of Vietnam
- 12.30: Arrive at Swan office in Halong, and then you will transfer to Swan Cruise by tender.
- 12.45: Enjoy a welcome drink, be a briefing about safety on boat and activities included then check in your cabin.
- 13.30: Have lunch while leisurely cruising to the core of Bai Tu Long Bay.
- 15.00: Arrive at Cap La Island – the beautiful area in Bai Tu Long Bay. Enjoy kayaking through the karsts and breathtaking nature, and relaxing (According to Halong Bay Board Management, all cruises in Halong Bay are not allowed to organize swimming activities)
- 17.30: Get back to the boat and then enjoy Sunset party on the sundeck while our cruise is sailing to the overnight anchorage.
- 19.00: Have dinner in the dining room on board.
- 20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing.
- Overnight on Swan Cruise in Cong Do area
Day 2: Tra San - Thien Canh Son Cave - Hon Gai Harbor (Dinner, lunch)
- 06.30: Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck. Enjoy early morning landscape of the bay.
- 07.00: Have breakfast on board ( tea and coffee are free)
- 08.00: Explore Thien Canh Son cave. Our tour guide will explain the history of Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay and this Cave, made by Mother Nature
- 09.30: Finish packing and check out your cabin. Prepare to join in our traditional cooking demonstration.
- Please remove all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (staff will support you transfer directly to the pier).
- 10.30: Vietnamese cooking demonstration on the boat.
- 11.00: Enjoy lunch while our cruise is returning Hon Gai harbor.
- 12.00: Disembark in Hon Gai pier
- 12.30: Farewell Halong Bay, and then return to Hanoi
- 17.30: End of trip

Children Policy
- Children under 5 years old are FOC if stay with parents
- Children from 5 to 8 years old are charged 50% adult if stay with parents
- Children from 9 to 11 years old are charged 75% adult if stay with parents
- 2 Children under 12 staying 01 cabins will be charged 75% cabin
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 15 days prior to check in: 10% of total rates
- From 15 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior to check in: 100% of total rates
- No show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
