07:45 Tour guide and bus pick you up from hotel/stay and depart for Halong Bay
10:30 Stop over to stretch the legs on the way or refreshment, about 20 minutes
12:15 Arrive in Ha long bay harbor, check in reception
12:30 Boarding cruise with warmly welcoming from Crew and get the welcome drink
13:00 Safety briefing on board, while the boat heading the bay
13:15 The lunch will be served in Vietnamese cuisine & seafood
15:00 Arrive Surprising cave, leave the boat to visit the hugest cave in Halong Bay
15:45 Stop at Hangluon, a water cave for kayaking, rowing bamboo boat or onboard relaxing (paying-optional)
16:15 Get back the boat then come back pier, get the afternoon refreshment with fruits, snacks…
17: 30 Disembark to get on the bus, moving to the expressway to get back Hanoi

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Trip canceled by bad weather or any force majeure case: 100% refund
- Trip canceled any sensible reason from the customer as sick, flight delayed, go to the hospital: 100 refund
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, the following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
