Itinerary of Halong Bay day cruise
- 07h45 – 08h30: Pick-up at hotel and start 3.5-hour scenic – drive to Halong Bay. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside and have a short break on the way.
- 12h45 – 16h00: You arrive at the Tuan Chau Harbor, and then embark the cruise followed by a short cruise briefing.
Start a dreamy cruise to stunning scenery with thousands of limestone mountains and have seafood lunch (we serve you with Vietnamese traditional dishes, in case you are vegetarian, we have other food options for you) while cruising through the emerald water passing by the Dog Stone, the Burning Incense islet, stop at Ba Hang fishing village for kayaking or sit in a sampan boat rowed by locals. - After visiting Fighting-Cock islet and the Heavenly Palace (Thien Cung) cave – which has opened to the public since 1998 with stalagmites and stalactites, we go back to the cruise.
- 16h00-16h30: Have tea break while enjoying local finger food (green bean cake – a specialty of Hai Duong province) and sunset in Halong Bay.
- 16h45 – 17h15: Arrive at the harbor. Disembark and get on the bus back to Hanoi.
- At around 20h30: Arrive in Hanoi. Say goodbye to you at your hotel/stay. Trip ends

- Children from 5 to 9 years old are charged 50% adult
- Children from 9 years old are charged 100% adult
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation before picking up at your hotel: Free of charge
- Cancellation before check-in on board: USD 15/person
- Cancellation after having lunch on board (without cruising): USD 30/person
- Cancellation after having lunch on board (with cruising): Full charge
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
